The JackPoker site is available in five languages, including Russian, but the majority of users are from Brazil. The licence is obtained in Curacao.
Are there any bots on JackPoker?
In late September 2024, Jonathan Raab published the results of an investigation accusing JackPoker of using special bots to create and maintain the right amount of traffic.
The journalist’s investigation was prompted by the ‘suspicious behaviour’ of players in the Nuclear 4s Main Event. In fact, Jonathan provided only one indirect proof of his conclusions:
JackPoker had subdomains associated with the company Deeplay.io.
One of its activities is the development of robotic animators that create liquidity on poker, bridge, mahjong, and preference game platforms.
What was the poker room’s response?
- Deeplay is one of JackPoker’s many external partners who provided an analytics package to create the software development programme.
- JackPoker has zero tolerance for bots. The Anti-Toxic division works 24/7 to detect and stop any fraudulent behaviour.
- The situation in the Nuclear 4s tournament will be further investigated and appropriate action will be taken if security reveals any unusual game patterns.
JackPoker considers bots to be a common problem in modern online poker and tries to take all measures to quickly identify cheaters using banned software at the poker room’s tables and minimise the harm caused by their actions.
JackPoker bonuses and promotions
JackPoker has no loyalty system. The only permanent bonuses available to players are those given for the first deposit.
Bonus on first deposit up to $2,000
The welcome bonus consists of two parts:
- Instant part: 20% up to 2,000. This bonus is immediately available as cash dollars, but cannot be withdrawn without wagering.
- Wagering: 300% up to 2,000, which gives 25% rakeback to the bonus amount.
JackPoker bonus is activated automatically. Wagering is 1 for every 4 rake (25% rakeback). Wagering time is 60 days. Any withdrawal of funds cancels the unplayed part of the bonus.
Welcome Quests
For a first deposit of 20 or more, the player gets access to three levels of missions:
- Silver Quests (20-99.99). Prizes worth 22 and a ticket to a lottery tournament with a prize pool of 7,000.
- Gold Quest (100-499.99). 140 worth of prizes and a ticket to a raffle tournament with a prize pool of 15,000.
- Supernova Quests (500+). 635 worth of prizes and a ticket to the 30,000 prize draw.
For each subsequent deposit the player gets a chance to spin a special wheel with bonuses from 10% to 1,000% of the deposit amount. 1 bonus is wagering 10 rake (10% rakeback).
JackPoker Bad Beat Jackpot
The jackpot is triggered at cash tables depending on the type of poker and the combination collected by the player who loses the hand:
- Hold’em from full house on sevens.
- PLO from full house on sevens on jacks.
- PLO5 from full house on aces.
The payout in all cases will be 100BB limit.

Deposits and withdrawals
Depending on the country of registration, the set of payment systems may vary. The only transaction method available to absolutely everyone is cryptocurrencies (CoinsPaid point at the cash desk). The following coins are available: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT (ERC20 and TRC20), Doge, TRX.
P2P transfers (JackEsyPay) via Telegram bot are available for players from Russia. In addition to BTC and USDT, the list of payment methods used in this way includes any plastic cards, including those issued by the MIR system.

At JackPoker, identity verification is required to enhance your cashiering experience:

JackPoker client
JackPoker poker room has two versions of the application: browser and mobile (for iOS and Android devices). The software has certificates from iTechLabs, GamingLabs and bmm testlabs.
In the lobby and at the tables there are a lot of settings familiar to players from other rooms, including layouts, RIT, insurance, stack conversion to BB. In order to open each table in a separate window in the browser, you need to activate ‘Stream mode’.
There is no support for trackers. Players can be colour coded and write notes.
JackPoker software for Android and iOs smartphones has exactly the same features as its browser analogue. In the main lobby there are bars of the main games and several buttons of the lower menu, giving access to the cashier, settings and the list of tables.
